Even if you’re celebrating a downsized Thanksgiving this year, it’s understandable if the stress of this crazy year has you dreading all the shopping, prep, cooking and clean-up that goes along with this holiday meal. Or maybe you’d like to send a meal or treat to a friend, neighbor or loved one who’s spending Thanksgiving alone.

One carving caveat: If you’re ordering a ready-made, frozen meal, be sure to allow plenty of time — between 48 and 96 hours — for the turkey, ham or other entree to thaw.
Boston Market: Comfort Food for a Crowd
While some prep is required, Boston Market’s home-delivered Thanksgiving meals take most of the heavy lifting off your shoulders. Complete meals for 12 include turkey, ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, two kinds of pie and more. Meals arrive frozen and just need to be thawed and reheated. Order by Nov. 23. Harry & David: Heat and Eat Gourmet Meals
Best known for their gift baskets and towers, high-end purveyor Harry & David up the ante at the holidays with their heat-and-eat gourmet meals.
If your crew isn’t wild about turkey, try their gourmet prime rib dinner. It comes with three out-of-the-ordinary sides, including black truffle and almond green beans, acorn squash with maple glaze and Gruyère and garlic red mashed potatoes, plus blueberry peach crisp for dessert. Wow! Customizable menus allow you to choose your sides, appetizers and dessert. You can select wine, too.
Wolferman’s Bakery: Brunch Banquet
Known for its delectable sweet and savory baked treats, Wolferman’s Bakery also offers a ham brunch banquet — perfect for a small group or those who prefer to eat earlier in the day. The spiral-cut glazed ham comes with triple cheese and caramelized onion quiche (OMG!) as well as coffee cake, English muffins and berry preserves. They even throw in the coffee.

The name Williams-Sonoma always conveys high quality. And Martha Stewart? Well, if she offered to cook us Thanksgiving dinner, we wouldn’t argue.
The two team up for the Martha Stewart Complete Thanksgiving Dinner for Eight. It features a fresh free-range turkey; mushroom, leek and herb stuffing; five delectable side dishes; plus apple cranberry crisp. It’s a good thing, but at $359, good things don’t come cheap! Hickory Farms: Ready to Cook Holiday Meals
If it’s simply not Thanksgiving without marshmallows in your sweet potatoes, then head to Hickory Farms.
