Lacrosse Alpha Range

You wouldn’t normally consider a Wellington style pull-on boot to meet OSHA safety standards but Lacrosse has changed that with its Alpha Range. The boot’s lowers are made of ozone and tear resistant rubber laid over a 1/4 in. of neoprene which then continues up 14 in. to form the upper boot, that has an easy to grab cinch strap for a good fit in the calf.

The composite safety toe and metatarsal guard both provide impact protection without limiting range of motion. A sweet bonus is the little kick off plate on the sole making for easy exit at the end of the day. Lacrosse’s temperature rating for these is -20, we didn’t wear them in that kind of brutal cold but they were plenty toasty down into the single digits and found them comfy all day long. If your job site is wet, muddy and cold, these boots will definitely achieve their Alpha status.
