Critter-Proof Propane Hoses

Last winter, some rodent chewed through the propane tank hose connected to our grill. We didn’t discover it until our first spring barbecue (which immediately turned into a trip to the hardware store). To prevent it from happening again this year, we wrapped the hose with split flexible plastic conduit. The critters are going to have to find someone else’s hose to snack on this winter. — Dave Burnside.
