I completed this project several months before seeing this project...I wish I had seen this first. I didn't use the batting, cut my foam to the exact size of the seat, and have trouble keeping the screws in place even though it is plywood, not particle board. We still use the chairs, and they don't look too bad, but would have been a lot better if I had seen this article first. I'll be certain to follow these directions when I do it again.
