Good article but never power wash siding! Use oxygen bleach (Oxyclean) on dry surface with garden sprayer, keep wet and simply hose off after 30 minutes. Tremendous results and no water gets blown in behind siding.

This is a very good article thank you. I have a friend of mine that sells pressure washers if you are looking for one at a good deal http://www.pressurewasherstuff.com/ has the best price. He knows a lot about washers too so anything you are stuck on he can figure out what you need. I got hooked up with a sweet deal from him on a Hurricane direct drive washer that I use for all my stuff.
