Seven years ago my asbestos-sided house was painted with Benjamin Moore exterior acrylic house paint with a 25-year guarantee. The north and east sides of the house are perfect; however, the west and south sides are peeling. No one from Benjamin Moore knows why this is happening. The house was prepped as follows: power-washed, primed, painted, with one week between each step. There is no specific area, like the exterior of a bathroom, where this is happening....it is the entire south and west sides of the house where the sun hits for a good portion of each day. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Lydia Hendrix.
