What size drawer slides were used for this project? Typical slides would be 12" but that would be too long for these boxes.

EVerybody knows how to mount cabinets using a cleat system - why don't you guys [and other DIY type magazines] show us how to bets mount cabinets and such on CEMENT BLOCK WALLS - Great project, great idea, but useless to me with cment block mounitng instructions... THANKS

I built 3 of these units and put them in our kitchen area. They look awesome and worked so well in the space I mounted them. This was quite a bit of work for an amateur like me, but it was worth the time and effort. They look beautiful, and are sturdy and functional. Thanks for the tips and plans. I can't wait to do more projects like this.

I'm presently adding welded steel cabinets to my side of the 3 car garage. but I like this setup for the storage on her side. Thanks

What thickness of plywood or MDF would be required for this project?? I'm guessing 3/4 inch.. Or would 5/8 inch be adequate??
