I have put in multiple 4ft lights in my garage and am wondering if that is the problem with my cellphone or wireless landline. My garage is detached and the house has Aluminum siding over asbestos shingles; might also contribute. I would have never thought of this being a contributing factor. The only thing I could think of is to take care of this problem (although rather expensive) would be to replace them with LED lighting. Costly on the front end but on the back end they last a very long time.

I currently have two 8 foot long flourescent fixtures in my 2 car garage workshop (Attached garage). They give great light, but from the beginning, they interfere with AM radio and phone reception. they are the type that can function in cold temperature. what can I replace them with? Help !
