Referring to benefit 10. The rail ends are NOT "Dead Square" care need to be take when joining guide rails. Basically there are two methods. one is done with a straight edge to make sure the guide rails are straight. Festool recommends a 2mm or so gap between the rail ends. The second way is called the bridge method. The bridge method used the TS55 saw bottom plate to align the guide rails. again maintaining the 2mm gap.
