I love Venetian plaster! I felt like a little kid playing in the mud. It turned out beautifully and, 3 years later, I'm still getting comments. I did 'cheat' and use a powered hand sander after the first wall. Don't try to big of a room. The mudding is some intense arm work. I'm thinking about where to put it next...

My wife chose Venetian Plaster from Behr for a small bathroom in our home. I hadn't worked with it before, so I was apprehensive. After following directions, the walls turned out beautifully. The surface is actually super smooth and feels like plaster. Although the walls feel smooth, the textured appearance is quite pleasing. I've had alot of comments on the completed paint project. I think you'll be pleased with the effect.
