Can you install tile over existing glazed tile? Is adhesion a concern with cement based material (assuming it is latex modified) or is epoxy based material preferred? Tx

Thanks for all the advice. My friend just layed ceramic tiles in Ottawa and it makes me want to do it to my own home really bad. I'm going to have to try it.

can I lay ceramic tile on top of vinyl sheeting if it is securely attached to the floor?
