No where can I find information on exactly where to place glued-on foam weatherstripping. On the door? On the jamb? Where?

I called the company mentioned in the article and they said that the project required a corner-grooving machine ($320 or $70 to rent). This was not mentioned in the article, so don't know if it's actually required or not. I have an older door so maybe this step is not needed. At any rate, I am just going to my local hardware store to get the materials and do it that way.

Would like to know where "wrapped foam wood flange" door weatherstripping kits can be acquired for 3' x 7' doors.
