Any helpful suggestions in painting Base Boards?

Your little painting stool is nice but I prefer my method. I use 2 empty milk crates placed upside down with an 8 foot 2x12 spanning the 2 crates .I then use a 4 foot ladder with a folding paint tray to hold my paint tray or 5 gallon bucket . I can paint an entire wall without having to climb up & down to redip for paint. This also works when painting ceilings.

Love the tip about tinting the primer gray for use under strong topcoat colours. Never thought of that!

using a hose with a spray nozzle on a jet type stream and roller handle on an extention pole, spin the paint right out of the roller pad, pad cleans like new and is relatively dry when done, this needs to be done with a pole about the length of a broom handle or you will wear some paint splatter, quick and easy
