Look at "Mr. Sticky's Underwater glue" I have not used it on a project like yours bust have used it in may marine aquarium. It is mixed (two) separate components in one plunger type applicator. You mix the two parts equally above water and then spread it under water. According to the label it will glue almost anything. my pond is about 4 years old and has developed a small leak in the liner, ug. Is there anything made that can be put in the water to stop the leak without tearing the whole pond apart?
