Can the hose be buried? I have a few beds on the outskirts of my lawn and would like to bury a line to the beds.

I did not complete this project from this article but several years ago. One thing your readers may not think about is the critters. I have had a real problem with them eating through flexible piping to get to the water. I think it is the chip-monks or squirrels. In any case I am always repairing the piping.

Is it OK to install sprayers and drippers in the same main line?

The very best tool for installing your own irrigation system we've found, is Orbit's online irrigation system designer. It allows you to just plug in your properties dimensions and it generates a parts list and lets you know where to get the equipment. Check Orbit out before starting any irrigation system project, it'll definitely save you time. www.orbitonline.com
