I want to do this one, but my concern is the glue on the edging. In all of the post/blogs/articles I have read, no one mentions how to address that. Mine are fifteen yrs old, some areas are coming unglued. My assumption is I should reglue them, but I want to make sure.

Thanks for trying this product out. I've seen it in the stores, but am hesitant to have anyone have to be the 'guinea pig' on something new. I'd love to hear how well the product wears over time.
The step by step and tips are helpful too - nice work!
