I checked all the coments about concreat that was on this site and never found any mention about repairing the pox marks(mainly on the edges) The cement forms a power that eats the concret and exposes the rocks under the surface. Ive tried cleaning and even sanding the area,then the 3 step epoxe paint,but it returns in less than a year.CAN ANYONE HELP? ALAN
