I had an absolute "DUH" moment when I saw the tip about using a plumber's snake to clean out leaves from a downspout! I have used that snake for various other things, but it never occurred to me to use it for that. Great tip! I also like the tip of putting a garbage bag in the kitty litter box. My son has a cat and it's always a chore for him to deal with the clean up. I'm sure he'll like this method very much. I'm going to use a lot of these other tips too! I have used a piece of cardboard box shaped into a rectangle (as the nozzle is) and then taped to the regular nozzle of my vacuum to extend it to clean out my (older front cleaning) dryer and get down into places such as under car seats to get to places that my regular small tipped nozzle isn't quite long enough to reach.

Add a "u" shape piece or 2 90's to that pvc extension and clean the top of surfaces of I beams, duct work, etc...
