Late model cars? How about newer cars too? I have a 2003 mini cooper, and the trim came loose so I bought 3m trim glue, and today on the highway the trim flew off the car. I looked at the other trim I glued with that expensive garbage, and the cold must have made it start peeling up.

Will this work for the trim around the windshield? I have a 2000 Ford Contour and the trim from top to bottom on the driver's side is coming loose. I snap it back in, but it doesn't stay. Any suggestions.

This process worked great for me. I also was able to buy new replacement side molding at this site: http://www.customautotrim.com/products/moldings/body.htm
